Thank God

Thank God

Dear God, Finally, it’s time to go home for the weekend. I want to thank You for what you have already done. I am not going to wait until I see results or receive rewards, I am thanking you right now. I am not going to wait until I feel better or things look better, I am thanking you right now. I am not going to wait until people say they are sorry or until they stop talking about me, I am thanking you right now. I am not going to wait until the pain in my body disappears; I am thanking you right now for sound health. I am not going to wait until my financial situation improves; I am thanking you right now for financial breakthroughs. I am not going to wait until the children are asleep and the house is quiet, I am going to thank you right now no matter what. I am not going to wait until I get promoted at work or until I get the job, I am thanking you right now for my promotion and lifting up. I am not going to wait until I understand every experience in my life that has caused me pain or grief; I thanking you right now for the strength of character that I developed during

The Shipwreck

The Shipwreck

A voyaging ship was wrecked during a storm at sea and only two of the men on it were able to swim to a small, desert like island. The two survivors, not knowing what else to do, agreed that they had no other recourse but to pray to God. However, to find out whose prayer was more powerful, they agreed to divide the territory between them and stay on opposite sides of the island. The first thing they prayed for was food.
